1. What does the babyuniverse.com Privacy Policy cover?

babyuniverse.com is a brand of Toys "R" Us-Delaware, Inc. (the "Company", "we" or "us").

This privacy policy outlines babyuniverse.com practices regarding information collected (a) online at www.babyuniverse.com and any other websites operated by the Company (the "Sites"); and (b) at the Company's retail stores in the United States (the "Retail Stores").

2. What information do we collect?

8. What is the Company's children's privacy policy?

The Sites do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online, in contravention of these measures, it will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from its databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law).
